Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website, digital products, or Pilates classes. By accessing or using The Aligned Studio (also referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
By participating in any class, program, or exercise offered by The Aligned Studio, including online Pilates and reformer classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
If you have any concerns about your health or ability to exercise safely, you must consult a doctor or medical professional before participating. If you are pregnant, or returning to exercise after childbirth, you must obtain clearance from your healthcare provider before taking part in any classes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Aligned Studio and Lucy Griffiths accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained while participating in any class, program, or use of our website. You hereby release, waive, and discharge The Aligned Studio, its instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in our classes or programs, including those related to reformer use.
All exercise should be performed at a pace that feels comfortable for you. While we take care to promote safe practice, you must stop immediately if you feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Our classes and programs are intended for general fitness and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should never disregard medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained from The Aligned Studio.
By signing up for The Aligned Studio, you authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for the membership you select (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) until you cancel. Your membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By signing up, you agree to receive emails from The Aligned Studio, including marketing communications via Flodesk. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Any information you provide will be used for teaching, communication, and operational purposes. We store all data securely and will not share it with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
We offer digital products and educational courses designed to provide Pilates, wellness, and lifestyle education.
Upon purchase, you will receive access to your digital products or courses via our website or through a provided link. Access is personal, non transferable, and for individual use only. Sharing your login details or content with others is strictly prohibited.
All sales of digital products, courses, and memberships are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access, no refunds or exchanges are offered once a purchase is made.
By completing your purchase and checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you understand and agree to our no refund policy.
All materials, including text, videos, graphics, images, and other content available through The Aligned Studio, are the exclusive property of The Aligned Studio or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Aligned Studio and Lucy Griffiths are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or business opportunity arising from use of our site, products, or services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue classes, content, or services at any time without notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including technical issues or internet outages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Aligned Studio. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
