This Pilates x Strength challenge combines intentional movement, walking and supportive nutrition to help you build strength, consistency and confidence. Designed for intermediate to advanced levels, this challenge is about creating real, sustainable change that carries far beyond the mat.

The Transform Challenge is our first challenge of 2026, a Pilates x Strength experience combined with intentional walking – designed to help you feel strong, supported and deeply connected to your body as you step into the year ahead.

  • Ankle weights
  • Resistance band
  • Small Pilates ball

The recipes inside the Transform Challenge is based on an 80% whole foods approach, encouraging nourishment over restriction. No extremes, no all or nothing thinking – just simple, supportive choices that help you feel your best. You’ll also have access to our new recipe library to support you beyond the challenge.

Monday: Strength Pilates

Tuesday: Pilates

Wednesday: Upper body strength

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Pilates

Saturday: Lower body strength

Sunday: Rest

To participate in the challenge, you need to have an active online membership.

  • Please note, you can still take part in the challenge even if you don’t have all the equipment listed.

5 classes per week, combining strength and Pilates to build a strong, balanced body.

The classes range from 11-45 minutes.

Absolutely. The Transform Challenge will be available in our Challenges section, allowing you to start whenever it suits you and move at your own pace.

The Transform Challenge is aimed at intermediate to advanced levels and is ideal if you’re ready to challenge your strength, stability and control with more progressive workouts.
