Memberships

How do i sign up?

You can sign up to our online pilates memberships by clicking the link 

If you have started a free trial for our monthly, quarterly, or yearly memberships, you can cancel anytime within the first 24 hours without being charged.

Once your membership has begun, please submit your cancellation request as close to your renewal date as possible. The cancellation form will end your membership immediately upon submission.

To cancel your membership, sign in and click My Account in the menu, then select Membership. Under the My Memberships section, you will see a Cancel button.

Please complete the cancellation form when prompted. Once submitted, your membership and access to the platform will end immediately.

To make the most of your current billing period, we recommend submitting the form just before your next renewal date.

After your 24-hour free trial ends, your chosen membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial period concludes.

Classes

Do I need any equipment to join?

The classes can be done without equipment however if you wish to intensify your workout you can add small equipment. You can filter classes by equipment to select the most suitable workout based on your equipment.

We suggest a Pilates mat, a small Pilates ball, some small hand weights and a loop resistance band.

No, we offer a range of beginner friendly classes tailored to those who are new to Pilates. These classes focus on building foundational skills, teaching proper form, and gradually increasing strength and flexibility. We would love for you to start your Pilates journey with us!

Yes, laptops, phones, iPads, iOS and windows. The classes can be accessed on your TV via HDMI or apple TV screen mirroring.

At the moment we only offer a few classes that are suitable for pre/post natal women. We will be adding more classes in the future. You can find this filter in the ‘focus’ section.

New videos are added every Monday.

If you encounter videos with playback or quality issues, consider adjusting the video quality settings to ensure a smoother viewing experience. To improve the quality of the video navigate to the video player then select the ‘settings’ cog followed by ‘quality’ then you can set quality to your desired setting. We recommend 1080p and above.

At the moment, our platform focuses on pre-recorded classes to provide flexibility and convenience for our users. However, we may introduce live classes in the future based on user feedback and demand.
